Mental Health Awareness Resources

As part of our Mental Health Awareness Month campaign, we’ve put together a list of resources like websites, apps, and podcasts to help you find what you need to take care of your mental health. We’ve noted if the resource requires payment. Otherwise, it’s free to use.

If you are experiencing mental distress at the moment, please talk to someone. If you are in the USA you can call 1-800-273-8255, text ‘Hello’ to 741741 or call 998 from most states to be connected to a friendly human right away. If you are based outside the USA, you can use the search at Befrienders Worldwide to find a service in your country.
