 How much does shipping cost?

Orders under $99 cost $8.95 for Standard shipping (2-5 business days) and $13.95 for Expedited shipping (1-3 business days). All orders $99 and up ship free. You can view more details on our shipping policy page.

 What shipping method should I choose?

Press Hall offers two shipping methods (Standard and Expedited), so you can choose the right one based on your unique needs. 

  • Standard: For customers looking for the most cost-effective delivery option. Standard Delivery typically arrives in 2 - 5 days, though products may arrive earlier.

  • Expedited: For customers who need their products quickly. Expedited Delivery arrives in 1 - 3 days, as we optimize our supply chain to get your products to you from the closest available warehouse inventory.

Can I change my shipping method after I place my order?

If you want to change your shipping method after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update your shipping preference. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to change your shipping method as your items may already be in transit.

 Where does Press Hall ship to?

Press Hall currently ships to the lower 48 contiguous US States. We cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses at this time.

 How does Press Hall deliver orders so quickly?

We understand the importance of quick and efficient delivery. We also own our eight distribution centers, and strategically spread them across the contiguous US. This gives us more than 4 million square feet to house deep inventory to uniquely meet our customers’ needs.

Where does Press Hall ship orders from?

We ship directly from one of our eight distribution centers located across the contiguous US.

How long does shipping take?

Press Hall orders typically ship between 1 and 5 business days, depending on shipping method, inventory availability, and the time the order was placed. We use UPS and related services to ship all our products, and our carriers occasionally run into delays due to unforeseen circumstances, though we always try to deliver your products as soon as possible.  How can I track my order?

You will receive an order status link in your email after we ship your product to track your shipping status until delivery.

How soon will my products ship after I place my order?

We process most orders within 24 hours of receiving them from Monday - Friday. Orders placed before 3pm EST will typically be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders received after 3pm EST will be processed the following business day. We do not process and ship orders on the weekend.

 Will I get my order in one or multiple deliveries?

We understand the importance of quick and efficient delivery. That’s why we try to deliver your product from the closest warehouse to your delivery location. Sometimes we may need to split your order across different warehouses based on inventory to get your products to you faster, resulting in multiple shipments for one order. 

Are shipping charges refundable if I cancel my order?

Shipping charges are non-refundable if we have already processed or shipped your order. If you cancel your order before we ship it, we can refund the shipping charges. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

 Are order delivery estimates guaranteed?

No. We do our best to process orders and have them shipped promptly to meet our delivery estimates. However, we use UPS and their related services to ship all our products, and occasionally do run into delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Return FAQ

How long do I have to return my order?

Press Hall offers a 60-day return window.

Is my item eligible for a return/refund?

Your item is eligible for a return and refund if:

  1. Your order was placed less than 60 days ago.

  2. The item is in new, unwashed, and unworn condition.

  3. The item was not listed as discontinued, closeout, or otherwise non-refundable at purchasing.

Can I return with my own shipping method?

No. All returns must be completed using the return process provided. The Press Hall standard  process requires  a $7 flat fee shipping label to ensure an expedited return.

Will my shipping charges be refunded?

Refunds are issued for the amount paid for products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

I received a defective product. What should I do?

Press Hall aims to provide you with quality products. If you received a defective item, please contact our Customer Care team within three days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

Product FAQ

Do you guarantee exact color matches across all of your color offerings? 

We cannot guarantee an exact color match across dye lots. However, we attempt to match all garments by using the same materials, dyes and manufacturer to keep them as close in color as possible. If you are concerned about color differentiation, we recommend selecting the same color name by the same manufacturer for your orders. This also helps ensure you are ordering the same fabrication.
